What You'll Do:

Master the Economy: Monitor and fine-tune the economics of resources and currencies using data analysis and simulations.

Set the Standards: Define guidelines for resource management across departments to control and optimize economic inflation.

Design for Success: Craft user paths and features with a keen eye on economic impacts.

Innovate & Optimize: Plan and analyze complex A/B tests to refine new and existing features.

Shape the Future: Play a crucial role in the strategic thinking and decision-making process for our company roadmap.

What You Bring:

Educational Background: B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: At least two years in an Economy Analytics role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong SQL skills, with experience querying large, complex data sets.

Industry Insight: Previous experience in Product, Economy, or Monetization analysis in the gaming industry is a big advantage.

Consumer Focus: An understanding of consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games is an added bonus.
