About the role:

The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for managing all external content-related activities for the organization, including the company website, presentations, social media platforms, and the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, Business orientation, creative thinking, and a keen attention to details.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. External Content Management:

• Oversee the content and design of the company website, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Develop and manage high-quality presentations and social media content that effectively communicate the company’s vision, values, and offerings.

2.Collaboration with External Vendors:

• Work closely with external service providers, including presentation designers, website operators, and other content-related vendors, to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.

3.Internal Collaboration:

• Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and content for external communications, ensuring alignment across the organization.

4.ESG Report Management:

• Collect and organize data from internal departments to contribute to the company’s annual ESG report.
• Collaborate with Deloitte on the writing, design, and distribution of the ESG report, ensuring it meets industry standards and reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability. 

5.PR and Investor Relations:

Serve as the point of contact for external PR agencies and investor relations partners, managing the flow of information and ensuring consistent and positive messaging

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a business or organizational orientation.
• High motivation, proactive mindset, and creativity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Word.
• High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
