Solar Energy Maintenance Manager for the Service Division

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage solar energy maintenance activities.
Provide professional guidance and support to field teams for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues at client locations.
Analyze solar systems, conduct technical audits, and develop preventive and routine maintenance plans for client facilities.
Stay up to date with new renewable energy technologies and implement necessary changes in maintenance strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a valid electrical engineering license.
At least two years of experience in the solar energy field.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
