Solar Energy Maintenance Manager for the Service Division
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage solar energy maintenance activities.
- Provide professional guidance and support to field teams for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues at client locations.
- Analyze solar systems, conduct technical audits, and develop preventive and routine maintenance plans for client facilities.
- Stay up to date with new renewable energy technologies and implement necessary changes in maintenance strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a valid electrical engineering license.
- At least two years of experience in the solar energy field.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
