Assistant Controller

Job Description:

• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger
• Preparation of the month-end closing, quarterly and annual financial reporting under the USGAAP
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Support and comply with tax filing in accordance with local regulation
• Preparing Statutory Financial Statement and filing tax returns
• Supporting Sox compliance and internal control
• Working with interfaces within Finance, external auditors, and Internal auditors.
• Provide professional assistance to the bookkeepers.
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

• BA in accounting in a well-known academic institution – Must
• Big 4 CPA internship graduate - Must
• 1-2 years of experience as an assistant controller in USGAAP reporting company- Advantage
• Excellent Excel skills - Must
• High-level English - Must
• Independent and fast learning ability
• Accurate with attention to detail and great analytical skills
• Integrity, Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude.
