Ambassador and Leader of the "Little Explorers" Program

Location: Ra'anana, Israel

Job Description: We are seeking an Ambassador and Program Leader for the "Little Explorers: 8 Weeks of Connection and Learning" project in Ra'anana. This "Mommy and Me" style program is designed for parents to participate in activities with their children, while promoting early childhood learning and development. The ambassador will be responsible for leading activities, caring for the children during sessions, and facilitating an interactive and educational experience for the families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the "Little Explorers" program in Ra'anana: Facilitate interactive sessions involving both parents and children, with a focus on early childhood development.
• Childcare and supervision: Ensure the well-being of the children during the sessions by applying appropriate child management and development techniques.
• Relationship with families: Create a welcoming and trustworthy environment for parents and children participating in the activities.
• Activity organization: Design and coordinate weekly activities according to the program's goals, ensuring an enriching experience for the families.

Requirements:

• Experience in childcare and supervision, preferably in educational settings or children's programs.
• Charismatic personality with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to organize and lead group activities with children and parents.
