Full Stack Tech Lead

A high-tech company that has developed an app providing solutions for drivers, vehicles, and public transportation passengers.

The role involves leading a team of developers based in Georgia, requiring a high level of English proficiency. Development is primarily focused on React and Node (with a strong emphasis on the Client side). The position reports to a Group Manager.

The company is well-established, with over 15 years of experience and more than 3 million customers. The office is located in Petah Tikva, near a train station, with one work-from-home day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an offshore scrum team of full-stack developers and QA engineers.
• Design and approve technical architectures for complex web applications.
• Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Requirements

• 6 years of hands-on experience as a Node.js and React full-stack developer.
• 2 years of experience in a tech lead or team leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS serverless architecture is a plus
