Job Description:

We are hiring a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to spearhead the cutting-edge design and development of our advanced aircraft’s electronic and power systems. 

This pivotal role will focus on both high-voltage (800V) and low-voltage systems, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and strict compliance with industry-leading standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and architectural development of high-voltage (800V) and low-voltage sub-system harnesses connection.
• Source, validate, and qualify components to meet and exceed stringent industry requirements.
• Provide expert support in the manufacturing, testing, and system-level integration of advanced electrical systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to guide the development of motor controllers and high-voltage battery systems.
• Innovatively resolve complex technical challenges related to aircraft electronics and power systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Systems Engineer—mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience in related industries such as automotive, military, or aerospace—an advantage.
• Proven experience in designing and integrating complex multi-system connections.
• Extensive experience with motion control drivers and electrical motor design.
• In-depth knowledge of Lithium-ion battery pack design, Battery Management System (BMS) functionality, and safety solutions.
• Expertise in designing, verifying, and validating low and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Familiarity with EMC/EMI design practices to ensure compliance with aerospace and military standards.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with exceptional problem-solving skills and a self-motivated approach.
• Fluency in English—essential.
• Willingness to travel as required.
