FRONTEND TECH LEAD

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead to spearhead the development of a complex web application. In this role, you will work closely with our design team and UX experts to build advanced and innovative frontend solutions using ReactJS. You will ensure high code quality and professionalism by applying appropriate design patterns. Your leadership will guide a small team of two developers, fostering collaboration and utilizing agile techniques to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a sophisticated web application, collaborating closely with design and UX teams.
• Build advanced frontend solutions based on ReactJS while maintaining high code quality and professionalism.
• Work in alignment with the organizational Design System, adapting it to the specific needs of the project.
• Manage and execute hands-on tasks, including planning, developing, and testing web components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs provided by the Product team, emphasizing precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or significant professional experience in frontend development as a substitute for a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with ReactJS, particularly using hooks.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with State Management.
• Proven experience working with Design Systems.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools and collaboration with design teams.
• Experience working in a team based on sprints.
• Experience implementing Design Systems is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with Web Components is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Micro Frontends is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring pixel-perfect designs.
