Ness is looking for a talented developer to join our team.

Full-time position, in Ra'anana.

The position includes designing, developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT. investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, will review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions, will highlight risks and will help mitigate risks from technical aspects.

Also, bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent and 4 years' experience as a software engineer .

• You are proficient in Python and experienced with Python scripts and libraries.

• You are experienced with GenAI products and LLMs capabilities (e.g OpenAI , LangChain).

• You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure , AWS or GCP.

• You have Experience with CI/CD pipelines (specifically with GitLab CI/CD).

• You have knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code with Terraform.

• You have experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
