Systems Management and Support Specialist

**Job Description:**

Systems Management and Support Specialist for Web and Java-based systems in production and test environments. The role involves deploying versions and changes, identifying and resolving complex issues, working with advanced monitoring tools, collaborating with internal and external teams to solve problems and provide advanced support. Additionally, the role includes overseeing and implementing new projects and providing high-level support to first-line teams and development teams.

**Job Requirements:**

- Experience managing Web-based applications platforms – required (2 years)

- Experience managing Web infrastructure based on IIS, Tomcat – required (2 years)

- Experience managing Microsoft infrastructure based on Windows Servers – required (2 years)

- Experience with user-side troubleshooting tools (Network Monitor, Wireshark, Process Monitor) – required (1 year)

- Experience with system monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch & Kibana) – required (1 year)

- Experience with encrypted communication and troubleshooting Web applications based on SSL certificates – required (1 year)

- Experience writing scripts (Batch, PowerShell) – required (one or more) (1 year)

- Experience with databases (MSSQL) – required

**Additional Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Web applications and services

- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft and Linux infrastructure
