ERP Finance Team Leader

Position Overview:

We are seeking a natural leader to manage our ERP finance solutions, primarily focused on the NetSuite platform. In this role, you will lead a team of finance business solutions professionals and serve as a trusted partner to the finance groups, defining, managing, and executing future finance-related solutions and project deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance business application solutions and related IT processes, including maintenance and support.
• Plan and execute finance IT business solutions with tight coordination with Finance stakeholders and other key stakeholders across the company.
• Ensure successful projects and solutions delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Meet IT Service SLA and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role with strong managerial skills in a global public Hi-Tech environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance Applications as an analyst and project manager with hands on experience preferably on NetSuite application
• Customer-centric with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Proven success in managing high-profile finance projects with strong project management skills.
• Strong financial background; CPA is an advantage.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Proven ability to gain cooperation and collaborate with others.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
