Junior Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has previously worked in a CRM team and is ready to take the next step in their career. As a Junior CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM team in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through effective CRM strategies and execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement and retention. 
• Analyze CRM campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 
• Maintain and update customer segments and lists for targeted campaigns, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall marketing strategies. 
• Support the team in setting up Gamification features to enhance customer experience and engagement. 
• Provide creative input for campaign content and design to ensure messages are engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. 
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to CRM systems and tools. 

Must-Have Qualifications: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in CRM execution. 
• Highly responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Basic creative skills to contribute to the development of engaging CRM content and campaigns. 
• Knowledge of HTML for basic editing and customization of CRM templates.

• Solid analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data, creating reports, and making data-driven recommendations.  
• Experience in the iGaming industry or a passion for online gaming. 
• Previous experience in setting up and managing Gamification features in CRM platforms.
