Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a JIRA Expert with flexibility for some remote work. The JIRA Expert will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and administering JIRA implementations, creating workflows, managing user permissions, and providing JIRA support to internal teams.
Qualifications
- JIRA Configuration, Customization, and Administration skills
- Experience in creating JIRA workflows and managing user permissions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with other Atlassian tools like Confluence is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
