• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for key technical positions
• Conducting focused and high-quality sourcing through social networks and advanced recruitment platforms
• Conducting in-depth interviews (both phone and in-person) with candidates for technical roles
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to fully understand their needs and ensure optimal candidate placement
