Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer / Proposal Specialist to join our collaborative Operations team in Ra'anana. In this role, you will be part of a team that works together to create clear, concise, and compelling technical documentation and proposals. You will contribute to the development of content that supports our business objectives, working closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Content Writing: Create high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, white papers, and online help guides. Write and edit content that simplifies complex technical information for various audiences.

Proposal Management: Assist in the proposal development process, collaborating with team members to gather necessary information and ensure that proposals are accurate and completed on time.

Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with our branding and marketing strategies. Contribute to the development of marketing materials as needed.

Cyber Knowledge: Apply your understanding of cybersecurity concepts to create content that accurately represents our products and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in all documentation. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Technical Writing / Content Writing: Experience in creating clear, detailed technical documentation and content writing.

Proposal Management: Familiarity with the proposal development process and the ability to contribute to high-quality submissions.

Marketing Orientation: Ability to support marketing objectives through well-aligned technical content.

Cyber Knowledge / Knowhow: Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.

Proficiency in MS Office: Strong skills in Word and the entire Microsoft Office suite.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Advantages:

Technical Background: A strong foundation in technical concepts is a plus.

Operational Experience: Experience in an operational role will be an advantage.

Additional Languages: Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, proposal management, or a related field.
