Finance Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager. This role involves managing the life cycle of digital products, from ideation through market and competitor research, to functional specifications and UX design, in collaboration with development teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the digital product life cycle within the finance domain, including ideation, research, functional specification, UX design, and development.

- Conduct product launch testing, measurement, and roadmap planning to optimize customer experience for financial products across all digital channels.

- Manage financial websites and applications from inception through development, launch, user testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Identify technological, product, and digital solutions to meet business needs and requirements.

- Write specification documents, business requirements, and high-level design (HLD) documents.

- Analyze customer behavior and derive product and consumer insights to achieve optimal user experiences and meet business objectives.

- Define and manage user experience design (UI/UX).

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

- Strong understanding of the financial sector, particularly in portfolio management, stock trading, savings, and investment plans.

- Proven ability to analyze and understand customer needs, leading advanced processes for user experience design (e.g., design thinking).

- Expertise in customer journey mapping and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Experience in managing digital projects and products with a focus on product management.

- Familiarity with sales systems, processes with agents, applications, and digital processes: CRM, chatbots, automation, IVR, and HR systems.

- Experience in building workflows to support products, services, and sales.

- Proficient in process analysis, system analysis, and writing HLD.

- Experience working in an Agile methodology.

- Experience in managing teams and matrix management.
