Workshop Assembly Operator

Flytrex is revolutionizing on-demand delivery in the suburbs using drones; working closely with some of the world’s largest retailers and restaurant chains, Flytrex is turning science fiction into reality.

Following our expansion in North Carolina and Texas, we’re aiming to expand our operation nationwide, and we’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Assembly Operator to facilitate the multi-disciplinary system development process for the Flytrex's drone delivery service.

In this position, you will participate in all stages of the life cycle to include, building and repairing our operational and R&D drones, bringing up prototypes and setup for R&D, going out to the field with the field team to run tests on initial prototypes and setups.

Must be a maker at heart with a hands-on attitude.

Requirements:

• Hands on ability to assemble and repair drones with proven background in the field.
• Experience with delicate mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with the field of drones and robotics.
• Experienced and capable in soldering and manufacturing electrical cables.
• Experience with Arducopter - a plus.
• Computer skills to include - MS office.
• Good level of English both written and verbal.
