Controller

At Autofleet we support the world's largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

Our finance team is growing and we are looking for a controller to join our team.

The controller position will be key within the organization and the finance department, reporting to the VP Finance and ensuring all aspects of day-to-day finances are running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Participation in month-end closing procedures and the preparation of consolidation and Financial Statements
• Preparing annual tax returns and statutory reports
• Involvement in cross-company initiatives and process improvement changes
• Work with the company's auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits;
• Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff
• Assist in various financial areas such as budget control and forecasts, cash flow, billing, collection, and AP
• Assisting in implementing new accounting standards
• Overseeing accounting procedures and internal controls
• Ad-Hoc tasks and projects
  
  

• CPA, at least 3 years' experience in a Big 4 accounting firm auditing global hi-tech companies or work at global hi-tech companies
• Experience with US GAAP
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working with Priority - an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English - a must
• Self-taught, able to lead processes and to work independently
• High analytical skills
• High attention to details
