Backend Team Lead

The Role

If you are looking to make a large impact, this leadership role centers you as an integral part of our development team. You will lead the backend development, ensuring the performance, quality, and scaling of our architecture.

Research new technologies and implement them in the development team.

As a leader, you'll focus on system integrity, efficiency, and team collaboration. You'll work independently, contribute to decisions, and guide full-stack developers.

You’ll assess and implement tools to enhance backend performance, scalability, and code quality while optimizing services to support key business decisions.

You’ll design scalable, high-performance backend services, resolve issues based on customer impact, and communicate technical solutions clearly to all

You will drive innovative and impactful engineering solutions and promote best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams.
• 2+ years of experience developing in microservices architecture under Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, etc.
• Experience with SSO integrations.
• Experience with API for integrations.
• Experience designing systems end-to-end and knowledge of key concepts (Cloud, CI/CD, deployment, caching, NoSQL, etc.).
• Experience with supervising DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written, with a focus on leadership.
