System & Networking Engineer Tech Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with cutting-edge products based in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will be a senior Member of the system and networking Team that is part of the R&D group.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Create and Maintain the company’s network infrastructure (Linux servers, Network services, VPNs, ESXi servers, Security solutions, Monitoring. etc.)
• Create And Provide IT solutions that suites the need and demand of the different departments
• Design highly secured systems based on an extensive threat model
• Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market
• Mentor and guide the other team members on projects and complex design, take part of the IT roadmap planning

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience in IT positions
• At least 3 years with hands on Linux administration
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• Experience working with firewalls
• Experience in managing Debian, Arch, and other Linux distributions.
• Deep understating of debugging Linux machines and servers
• Hands-on knowledge in networks and experience in large scale environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.
• Experience working with Virtualization systems – Advantage
• Configuring VPN’s solutions, and maintaining - Advantage
