Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. In this role you will be involved in configuring Salesforce settings, automating business processes, and providing daily support to end-users. You'll be a key player in ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless system functionality. As part of your job, you will:

• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Support and develop automation processes using Salesforce Flow and other tools to streamline business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Provide frontline support to users, resolving issues related to system access, data discrepancies, and functionality issues.
• Conduct routine data management tasks, including data imports, deduplication, and data cleanup.
• Participate in data migration projects and ensure data accuracy during system transitions.
• Contribute to the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making.
• work under the guidance of the Salesforce Lead

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Flow.
• Experience with admin setup, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with a learner’s mindset.
• Basic understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
