Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in helping HAAT scale by finding and hiring the right talent. You will own the recruitment process from start to finish, working with hiring managers to bring on board the brightest individuals who will help us deliver on our ambitious goals. You will be the face of HAAT for candidates, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies that meet the department’s dynamic needs.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles, ensuring we are always ready to scale.
• Use social media, job boards, and networking platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey through the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve our hiring process and reduce time-to-hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives, representing HAAT at job fairs, meetups, and networking events.
• Keep up with the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition to ensure we remain competitive.

Who You Are:

• You have a minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• You are proactive, with a knack for sourcing top talent and engaging passive candidates.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to influence and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes at the same time.
• You are a team player, eager to collaborate with others to meet collective goals.
• You are data-driven, using analytics to continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes.
• You are passionate about working in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment and are excited about scaling a business.
