Director of Engineering

R&D Department – Director of Engineering

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to manufacturing processes.

This includes production, systems, and inventory management.

The Director will closely coordinate with Engineering, Scale-up, Operations, Chemistry, and external

manufacturers and ensure that processes work effectively and to the production targets.

Qualifications

• Process Engineer, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering

• Battery, super-capacitor, or fuel cell industry knowledge – a major advantage

• High level of English (talking, writing, reading)

• Familiarity with QA/QC environment

• 5 years in a management role

• 5 years in relevant industry – an advantage
