We are looking for a Junior Data Optimization Manager.
In this position, you will be using your technical and analytical skills to help us understand the story behind the numbers. You will contribute to the creation of advanced data sets and platforms, turn them into insights, and find the balance between creativity and data-driven objectivity to accomplish seemingly impossible projects. The Data Operations Manager is expected to have strong commercial skills and to upsell/cross-sell and negotiate in a team-facing environment. Additionally, this position will require a good level of Excel and data management orientation, focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization, and maximizing relationships for new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage campaigns on the Ad Serving Platforms from integration through launch
Dealing with all aspects of a campaign, ongoing optimizations, and reviewing daily reports.
Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing).
Reconcile publishers accounts monthly
Responsible for upselling new products to the entire client portfolio
Establish technical solutions to simplify the data
Collect data from multiple sources to achieve the projects and goals of the company
Develop tools that will be synchronized with our platform infrastructure
Manage and build processes thought big data
Analyze the outcomes to produce valuable insights
Creating data visualizations
Build technical solution of way to get simplify the data
Requirements:
Professional English speaker - a must.
Bachelor's degree – a must.
A junior with an affinity for the marketing industry
Must feel comfortable with analytical data.
A great communicator - both written and verbal English
Super-strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills.
Self-driven.
Detailed-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
