We’re an innovation hub, currently operating in stealth mode, driving forward a range of ambitious AI-driven projects. As part of our exciting venture into the mental health sector, we’re assembling a dynamic data science core team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you a forward-thinking data scientist with a passion for cutting-edge technology? We’re seeking a visionary leader to head our Data Science Team. As part of this role, you’ll stay abreast of the latest developments in Gen-AI and Virtual Reality. Your expertise will extend beyond theory—you’ll roll up your sleeves to shape model architectures and craft novel machine learning solutions from scratch. Additionally, you’ll actively contribute to characterizing the diverse products within our groundbreaking mental health project. This pivotal position will evolve as the project advances, offering exciting additional responsibilities along the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Model Mastery: Dive deep into model training; from deep learning, via reinforcement learning, to transfer learning (Hands-On)
• ML/AI Models Architectural Skills: Manipulate model architectures and build new ML/AI based solutions (Hands-On)
• Managerial Skills: aside from communication, problem-solving, planning, flexibility and open minded, you will be expected to constantly hold the bigger picture in mind
• Lead by Example: Mentor and guide the DS team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

·       MSc or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution.

·       Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in developing ML/AI models.

·       At least 5 Years’ Experience as a data scientist.

·       Creative thinking & Open minded

·       Skillfully Navigate Between Top-Down and Bottom-Up Perspectives.
