We are looking for a talented and passionate Systems Engineer for our great group in the Holon site, which develops Airborne EW Systems in a challenging project.

Systems Engineering Role includes:

• Lead the development of EW systems and EW suites (System of Systems) for airborne programs.
• System characterization, assigning requirements, specifications and design documents for the development groups and subcontractors.
• lead technical aspects during all phases of the project - from marketing, through refining specifications, development and validation phases in the laboratory, until delivery and testing at the customer site.

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• MSc in Systems Engineering - advantage
• Proven experience with complex systems engineering and development
• Proven experience in analyzing and assigning requirements for complex systems and defining specifications
• Background and experience in the fields of EW / Radars / Avionics - advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills - team player
• English - Full professional proficiency
• Willingness to travel abroad
