We are looking for a talented and passionate Systems Engineer for our great group in the Holon site, which develops Airborne EW Systems in a challenging project.

Systems Engineering Role includes:

Lead the development of EW systems and EW suites (System of Systems) for airborne programs.
System characterization, assigning requirements, specifications and design documents for the development groups and subcontractors.
lead technical aspects during all phases of the project - from marketing, through refining specifications, development and validation phases in the laboratory, until delivery and testing at the customer site.

Requirements:

BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
MSc in Systems Engineering - advantage
Proven experience with complex systems engineering and development
Proven experience in analyzing and assigning requirements for complex systems and defining specifications
Background and experience in the fields of EW / Radars / Avionics - advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills - team player
English - Full professional proficiency
Willingness to travel abroad
