✔ Experience working with large organizations and local authorities – an advantage

✔ Strong ability to work independently and manage complex processes across multiple stakeholders

✔ Strategic mindset, creativity, and strong analytical skills

✔ Exceptional professional writing skills – ability to craft high-quality reports and recommendations

✔ Excellent service orientation and leadership skills – ability to drive and influence processes with internal and external stakeholders

✔ Willingness to travel nationwide and work directly with clients

✔ ניסיון בעבודה מול ארגונים גדולים ורשויות מקומיות – יתרון

✔ יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול תהליכים מול גורמים רבים

✔ חשיבה אסטרטגית, יצירתיות ויכולת ניתוח נתונים

✔ כתיבה מקצועית ברמה גבוהה – נדרשת יכולת ניסוח מצוינת לדוחות והמלצות

✔ שירותיות גבוהה ויכולת הובלה של תהליכים מול גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים

✔ יכולת ניידות ונכונות לעבודה מול לקוחות ברחבי הארץ
