Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the engineering department and leading engineering teams.
- Develop work plans and procedures, monitor and control adherence to defined plans and goals.
- Guide the organization and teams towards efficiency and improvement of manufacturing capacity.
- Manage the development, optimization, and improvement of production processes and methods.
- Evaluate new technologies and upgrade existing capabilities.
- Provide engineering support to the production line and collaborate with production departments.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering - required!
- 5 years of experience in a management role - required!
- 5 years of experience in relevant industry – an advantage
- Familiarity with QA/QC environments - required!
- Knowledge in the field of batteries - significant advantage.
- High level of English
