Senior Lawyer

For the largest law firm in Israel specializing in energy and infrastructure, we are looking for a Senior lawyer

This is not your typical law firm—it is large and continues to grow. The firm is not solely focused on legal matters, but also provides commercial, economic, and regulatory services. Clients receive a broad range of services beyond legal support, including analyses, recommendation reports, complex Excel models, and regulatory guidance.

The firm advises energy entrepreneurs and develops energy projects on land assets.

• We are seeking attorneys who want to grow with us, with several positions available.

• Graduates from leading universities, with an additional degree in accounting, economics, or business administration being an advantage.
• 4-7 years of experience as attorneys.
• Preferably with specialization/experience in a large law firm.
• Experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors is an advantage.

• Drafting agreements, models, regulatory reviews, presentations, and preparing responses to public hearings/calls for proposals published by the Israel Electricity Authority and the Ministry of Energy.
• Writing letters and correspondence to the Electricity Authority on various issues, handling tenders,

case management, and depending on the candidate’s capability, leading contract negotiations.
