Role Description

Join our dynamic team at Infinite Acres Israel as a Plant Tissue Culture Technician/Biologist. By engaging in gene modification, tissue culture, and plant care, you can contribute to groundbreaking advancements in plant adaptation to indoor farming and improve consumer food choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improved plants: Implement plant transformation techniques to generate improved plants.
• Sterile Work: Maintain sterile conditions to ensure the success of tissue culture processes.
• Medium Preparation: Prepare and optimize growth mediums for plant cultures.
• Greenhouse Work: take care of the maintenance of plants within our state-of-the-art greenhouses.
• Seed Production: Facilitate the production, sorting, and organization of seeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Plant Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in plant tissue culture techniques is a plus.
