National Boutique Manager
to drive business results through the development of the boutique network and implement the company defined consumer experience strategy.
Manage and responsible for 15 Boutiques in Israel: 2 regional managers, Boutiques managers, around 130 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Optimal execution and implementation of the company-defined customer experience strategy.
- Encourage purchasing and customer loyalty in boutiques and across all channels while delivering an optimal customer experience.
- Support boutique managers in developing regional and multi-channel focus by promoting action plans based on data and insights.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutiques by leveraging commercial, customer, and geographic insights.
- Drive the organization's business results through strategic, tactical, and operational decisions.
- Build and manage the unit's budget, track performance, and initiate improvements and efficiencies in the boutique network.
- Promote organizational improvements and efficiencies by collaborating with other departments.
- Manage and motivate a team of regional managers—implement infrastructures for recruiting, retaining, and developing human capital.
- Lead the boutique network, engaging managers and employees with the company's strategy, goals, and culture.
- Set personal performance goals that provide clear direction, guide organizational priorities, and monitor progress toward achieving objectives using the PDP methodology.
- Lead by example according to the company Leadership Framework (NLF) behaviors, emphasizing a proactive safety culture.
- Partner in building the company culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy, and safe work environment that encourages teamwork, ambition, and high professionalism in alignment with ICAN.
Requirements:
- Mandatory academic degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in direct sales of products and services.
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in retail/commercial management.
- Experience in leading and managing managers.
- Experience managing a unit's budget.
- Proven experience in business development/sales promotion.
- Proven ability in customer focus, including understanding customer needs, attention to detail, effective communication, personalized approach, quick problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Very high ability to work with multiple interfaces.
- Good proficiency in English is required.
