Experienced Salesforce Implementer

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-year hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including data-modeling & architecture, platform capabilities, limitations & best practices, permissions management, objects & field types, flows, custom apps, validation rules, approval processes, reports & dashboards, etc.

• Proficiency in Lightning and Lightning App Builder

• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (including Entitlements management)

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, design effective processes, and ensure smooth user adoption

• Exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset

• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of both independent and group work

• A creative and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude with a knack for meeting deadlines and prioritizing ongoing requests

• A fast and self-directed learner

• A relevant educational degree

• Salesforce Admin Certification (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions and processes

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive Salesforce platform training

• Oversee essential administrative tasks to ensure the Salesforce platform follows best practices and integrates new features

• Provide technical support to address ongoing issues and bugs within the Salesforce platform

• Act as a Salesforce focal point and spearhead the development of Salesforce.com skills across the organization
