We're seeking a talented individual to lead our Economics and Control team in the Sales Division!
What We're Looking For:
- Your fresh ideas, talents, and dreams
- Professional expertise with a growth mindset
- A leader who can inspire and develop a team
What you'll do:
- Manage and mentor the Economics and Control team
- Drive financial processes and support decision-making
- Implement a business-financial culture in overheads, incentives, and distribution commissions
- Partner with business units on Sales Division overheads
- Lead rolling forecast and budgeting processes
- Collaborate on cross-organizational sales projects
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration (Master's is a plus)
- 3-4 years' experience managing an economics department
- Project management experience (advantage)
- Knowledge of overheads and incentives (significant advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
