S&OP project manager (Temporary position for two years)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex organizational projects within the Planning Unit to ensure they are executed at the required professional level.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to maximize the efficiency of the unit, with a focus on divisional and cross-functional S&OP processes.
• Act as PMO: Manage project Gantt charts, consolidate project tasks, manage project team matrices to achieve project goals, and find solutions to needs that arise during the project.
• Partner and lead in the development and integration of new work processes in the unit, from both a process and technological perspective, including the S&OP process.
• Periodically review operational metrics/models and develop work plans to implement the required insights and changes for the various units within the unit.
• Manage the project to identify and implement an advanced planning system to streamline and improve work processes at Strauss Israel and in the Planning Unit in particular.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Data Analyst, etc.) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing complex planning projects, performance monitoring based on metrics and process improvement.
• Experience and deep knowledge of planning, work processes and planning systems is an advantage.
• Orientation to information systems, Excel at a high level, ability to process and analyze data, build reports and graphs.
• Experience in managing a matrix team/project team.
• English at a high level - speaking, writing and reading.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (high representational ability).
