Job Description

A well-established food company is seeking a Sales Manager for the professional market (hotels, restaurants, etc.).

Location of Responsibility: Pardes Hanna-Karkur (Southern limit), Haifa (Northern limit), Beit She'an (Eastern limit).

Role Responsibilities:

Professional management of distributors in the designated area.

Business analysis of the region in various areas of activity.

Identifying customer needs.

Executing activities to increase sales.

Formulating and monitoring commercial agreements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree - Mandatory

At least 3 years of experience in sales to the professional market - Mandatory

Team management experience - Mandatory

Experience in the food industry, particularly in catering and hospitality - Advantage

Proven experience in negotiating with business entities - Mandatory

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Mandatory

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Broad vision, problem-solving ability, and creativity

Ability to work in a challenging, multi-interface environment

Effective and clear presentation of messages

Independence in task management and prioritization

Assertiveness and responsibility

Residency in the designated area

Job Terms:

Full-time with global overtime

Salary: 11.5K ILS + up to 5K in bonuses based on performance targets (no flexibility in salary)
