Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for Payplus, focusing on branding, products, and services, while maintaining uncompromising quality
• Create groundbreaking marketing and design materials, both for digital and print platforms, with a meticulous attention to detail
• Manage a team of graphic designers and work closely with marketing, development, and sales departments
• Collaborate with external advertising agencies
• Stay ahead of the curve on innovative design trends and implement them in groundbreaking ways across the company
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across all company platforms
• Bring a new wave of innovation to the payments market through groundbreaking and creative designs

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director in a technology company or startup
• An impressive portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and proficiency in design software
• Deep understanding of design principles, branding, and user experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Groundbreaking creative thinking and ability to solve problems creatively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and After Effects
• Significant advantage for candidates with experience in After Effects 3D
• Academic degree in design or another technological field
• Previous experience in software engineering or another technological field - significant advantage
• Out-of-the-box thinking and a penchant for innovation
• Ability to work hard and willingness to take on challenges
