Key Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles, payroll, general ledger and financial reports.
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
• Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns.
• Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
  
  

• Minimum two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English and a basic Hebrew.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Self motivated but equally work well in a team setting.
• Strong customer service ethic
• Organized and methodical approach to record keeping and reporting
• Attention to detail
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under stress
