Global Finance Director

A Nasdaq-listed global high-tech company that is a leader in its sector is looking to hire a Global Finance Director who will be a key player in our finance team.

The Global Finance Director will be reporting to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

Team management:

Manage the corporate accounting team (2-3 employees).

Manage the subsidiary's Controllers (5-6 employees).

Responsible for closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP.

Responsible for the quarterly reporting package according to IFRS.

20F preparations and reporting

Manage controls over the financial reporting process.

Monitor and review the accuracy of the financial data.

Perform controls over our worldwide subsidiaries.

Communicate with the audit firm.

Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies.

Get involved in cross-company projects and support the corporate global accounting team.

Requirements and Skills:

CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP traded companies.

Managerial experience.

Experience in the high-tech industry- advantage.

Knowledge and experience in IFRS and US-GAAP.

Experience with 20F preparations and reporting.

Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.

Able to accommodate global working hours.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
