Technical Writing Auditor

We are looking for a Technical Writing Auditor to join our team at IAI's HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Performing quality control on professional technical documentation, including descriptions, operation manuals, maintenance guides, and catalogs.
• Familiarity with military and civilian (civil aviation) writing standards, and interaction with technical writers and instructors who serve as subject matter experts for the inspected materials.
• The role is conducted in a computerized environment in both English and Hebrew.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• At least four years of experience in quality control and technical documentation for systems/products in a military/civilian company/industry – mandatory.
• Experience in technical writing for electronics/mechanics fields – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in both English and Hebrew – mandatory.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings – mandatory.
• Familiarity with military and civil aviation writing standards (ATA/ISPEC 2200) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the S1000D standard – an advantage.
• Precision in tasks under time pressure.
