Pharmacist

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Responsible Pharmacist and Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) to join our team at our import company specializing in pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the registration, updates, and renewals of medical products, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication regarding product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Registration and Updates: Oversee the registration process for new products and manage updates and renewals for existing products. Ensure all necessary regulatory documentation is prepared and submitted.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement updates and changes from the Pharmacy Division and Standards Institute, including modifications to product formulations, manufacturing processes, dosage instructions, and usage guidelines.
• Information Review and Approval: Review and approve all product-related information, including creating and editing leaflets, packaging labels, and disseminating information to consumers, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Marketing and Advertising: Ensure that all marketing and advertising materials for the products comply with Ministry of Health regulations and guidelines.
• Pharmacovigilance: Act as the QPPV, responsible for ensuring the proper monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions and maintaining the pharmacovigilance system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy: Required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical registration and regulatory affairs. Immediate eligibility to assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist is essential.
• Registration Dossier Preparation: Proven experience in preparing registration dossiers for medical products and submitting them to the Ministry of Health.
• Product Maintenance: Experience in maintaining product registrations, including renewals, updates, and approval of marketing and promotional materials.
• Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Experience working with a range of pharmaceutical products.
• English Proficiency: Advanced level of English (reading, writing, understanding, and speaking) is required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
