Contracts and Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Contracts and Procurement Specialist to join us in the Missile and Space Systems Division.

Responsibilities:

• Leading legal-commercial negotiations for commercial contracts in Israel and abroad (focus on procurement contracts).
• Providing legal advice and drafting legal opinions on tender laws, procurement, and contracts.
• Supporting tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Participating in tender and procurement committees.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Law – mandatory.
• Licensed attorney – an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in contract management and/or legal practice.
• At least five years of experience preparing commercial contracts in English.
• Strong skills in legal-commercial English (writing, speaking, and reading).
• Willingness to work intensively, sometimes during non-standard hours and days.
• Willingness to travel abroad if needed.
