What You'll Do:

·      Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with the R&D team to develop solutions that optimize inbox management and reduce administrative burdens for healthcare providers.

·      Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and ensure the product meets the needs of healthcare professionals.

·      Develop and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

·      Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless product experience.

·      Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and continuously monitor product performance to make data-driven improvements.

·      Play a crucial role in creating a product that significantly improves daily workflows for doctors, allowing them to focus more on patient care by reducing time spent on bureaucratic tasks.

Who You Are:

• M.D. and experience as a family doctor are ideal, providing you with the insight needed to understand and address the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with the U.S. medical system and workflows is essential to ensure our product meets the specific needs of American healthcare providers.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a healthcare company is highly desirable, giving you the expertise to guide our product development effectively.
• A passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in how they can be leveraged to improve healthcare.

Work Environment & Location:

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Haifa, just a 2-minutes’ walk from the Merkaz Hashmona train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
