Human Resource Representative - Student Position

ELTA is looking for a student to join our HR team at the Intelligence, Communications, and Electronic Warfare Division of ELTA Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Independently leading human capital processes within the division.
• Handling a variety of human resource-related tasks: employee welfare, attendance system management, organizing corporate events, providing support to hundreds of employees and dozens of managers on various topics, generating reports, preparing presentations, and more.
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces such as HQ departments, secretaries, managers, medical services, procurement, and more.
• The role involves both administrative and operational aspects.
• Working in a dynamic, interesting, and challenging environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in an academic degree program in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering – mandatory.
• At least two years remaining in the degree program – mandatory.
• Availability to work 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) – mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in human resources – an advantage.
• Strong service orientation towards internal stakeholders and dedication to the role.
• Ability to work as part of a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work hard and put in extra hours when necessary.
