We are looking for:

We are looking for a Purchasing and Accounting Manager with solid professional background to join its corporate finance team, reporting to the Senior Controller.

Qualification:

• Responsible for the purchase process
• Conduct reconciliation of the company’s bank accounts and credit card monitoring
• Israeli tax authorities reporting, VAT reporting (domestic and international)
• Recording I/C transactions
• Petty cash management
• Responsibility for purchase internal controls (SOX)
• Other ad hoc tasks
• Part time position (65%)

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper (Type 2-3)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant purchase management experience
• Full proficiency in Priority system- a must
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Consistently meet deadlines and exhibit exceptional time management
• Display excellent interpersonal skills
• Honesty, integrity, and reliability
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Good control of Excel software
• Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
