We are looking for a talented individual to lead a high-quality System Engineering team working on the design and development of complex systems.

The team is responsible for a family of air defense systems, developing new capabilities, and proving designs to address a variety of threats – fighter jets, UAVs, helicopters, missiles, and more.

The role requires being a focal point of knowledge for the engineering design and the ability to self-learn and dive deep into complex topics.

The systems incorporate complex logic and algorithms, and the job involves driving diverse development teams in a matrix structure and being involved throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Managing engineering requirements from the business unit.
• Utilizing system engineering tools for writing and managing requirements.
• Coordinating with external departments: business, software, integration, and subcontractors.
• Leading a team of system engineers, including defining detailed work plans for each team member.
• Providing engineering oversight for the team's tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences – mandatory.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences – an advantage.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing a development team – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering for complex systems – mandatory.
• Experience in development and analysis using Python, Matlab – mandatory.
• Experience in air defense systems – a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
