Lead System Engineer

We are hiring a Lead System Engineer for our Propulsion Systems department at our facility within the Missile Systems and Space Division.

What will you do:

• Managing and leading the technical system of a large project of a propulsion system.
• Gathering requirements, writing specifications, defining interfaces.
• Coordinating engineering and manufacturing entities in the factory and in the production management office.
• Concentrating on analysis, testing, and experiments.
• Reporting status updates to management and clients.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering - mandatory.
• Master's degree - a significant advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering in the field of propulsion systems - mandatory.
• Deep familiarity and excellent understanding of missile technology - advantage.
• Managerial experience - advantage.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and interface with clients locally and internationally.
• Willingness to work extra hours and travel abroad frequently.
• High proficiency in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
