Development Manager

We’re looking for a Development Manager to lead our mechanical engineering team in the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading development, testing, production, and validation of cutting-edge tools.
• Defining mechanical requirements and crafting detailed technical specs.
• Managing production development across various teams.
• Handling the procurement of tools, equipment, and infrastructure.

What We're Looking for:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautics - required.
• Experience with aviation or complex products - required.
• At least 5 years in tool design - required.
• Strong background in project planning and management - required.
