Responsibilities

what I hope we get to do together is:

• Lead privacy compliance projects. This is likely to include drafting external notices (such as privacy policies) and internal document (such as those required under the GDPR, Israel Protection of Privacy law, the regulations promulgated thereunder and guidelines of state regulators)
• Taking part in privacy by design, security by design, and Privacy Impact Assessment processes, assisting in house legal counsels (and/or database managers) in various legal aspects and assuming "Data Protection Officer" roles.
• Take part in managing our clients' cyber incident.
• Provide legal counsel with respect to the procurement and implementation of new technologies consulting organizations in various technology related issues.
• Providing legal counsel with respect to the procurement and implementation of new technologies (such as IT systems including CRM, ERP and cloud computing).
• Provide legal advice in corporate and commercial matters to technology companies in all stages of growth from start-ups and mature technology companies including drafting and maintaining ESOP for options and RSU's.
• Provided legal advice to founders companies and ventures in the early stages of their growth and thereafter providing.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in law is mandatory.

1-3 years of experience is mandatory, but if you are more experienced than that – let us know

Complimentary certifications in privacy and cyber arena are an advantage.
