Role Overview:

As a GoLang Tech Lead at Kubiya.ai, you will be instrumental in designing and developing our advanced backend systems. Your leadership and expertise will drive the implementation of scalable, microservices-based solutions that enhance our automation platform. You'll work with a talented team and have the opportunity to influence the direction of our technology, all while thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend systems using Python and Go.
• Implement and manage microservices-based solutions to support our DevOps automation platform.
• Apply modern CI/CD principles and tools to optimize our development and deployment processes.
• Utilize your expertise in Kubernetes to manage and scale containerized applications effectively.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project objectives.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance backend systems and processes, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, such as Technical Lead or Software Architect.
• Strong proficiency GoLang, with a solid track record of backend development.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, with hands-on experience managing containerized applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern CI/CD principles and tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred but not required.
