Full Description

vcita is a simple & effective business management SAAS platform for small businesses. It includes everything service providers need to manage their business and generate more revenue: client management, online scheduling, payments, promotions, and lead generation widgets.

The Frontend infrastructure Team Leader is expected to be a technical subject matter expert and a strong team player. The team is a squad which is fully in charge of delivering a business pipeline in a CI / CD environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead vcita’s frontend infrastructure
• Support and train frontend developers across all development squads
• Work closely with all R&D teams and Product Managers, supporting multiple projects in parallel, while keeping amazing culture attitude and professionalism across the board
• Define quality and standards process across all frontend developers within all R&D teams
• Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
• Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more
• Recruit and mentor new team members.
• Be an at least 50% hands-on developer as part of the team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a team leader, leading a web-based product development
• 5+ years of a proven hands-on experience with both Vue Angular (React optional)
• Strong ability to take a business challenge, transform it into a plan and lead execution
• Strong people skills and driven to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Advantage
• Passion for agile processes
